Rental Terms and ConditionsVip Auto Rental hires its vehicles in accordance with the following terms and conditions herein, which the lessee fully accepts. |

1. Driver's age
The tenant must be at least 25 years of age. |
|
2. Driving licence
The lessee declares that he/she has a legal driving license valid in Greece and issued at least 60 months prior to the signing of this contract. In the case of an International Driving Licence holder, the licence must be accompanied by the driving licence of the driver's country. |

3. Amount of Liability - Guarantee
For all categories of vehicles, the "lessee" must have a valid credit card.

4. Minimum Hire Period
It is one day (24 hours). In case of delay in returning the Car beyond one hour of the agreed duration, the Lessee will be charged with an additional full day. In case of termination of the lease before the agreed duration e.g. early departure of the lessee, the lessee will be charged 100% of the remaining period of the lease. |

5. Rent
The lessee declares that he/she has a legal driving license valid in Greece and issued at least 60 months prior to the signing of this contract. In the case of an International Driving Licence holder, the licence must be accompanied by the driving licence of the driver's country. |

6. Delivery and receipt
The "Lessor" accepts delivery of the vehicle with all its equipment in full working order, which he is required to examine and agree is to his satisfaction, in perfect condition, fit for the use and purpose for which he has hired it. Having signed the respective indemnity form, he/she is obliged to return the Vehicle in the condition he/she received it and at the time and place specified herein. If the Vehicle is delivered by the "Lessee" at a different place than agreed or after the agreed time, the "Lessee" is obliged to pay the Lessor the regular fees as compensation for use and additional compensation for any accidental or consequential damages suffered by the Lessor. |

7. Car Recovery
The Lessor has the right to recover the possession and use of the car at any time without notice and without the consent of the "lessee", but at the expense of the latter, from anywhere and by any means, in the event that in its opinion there is a risk of damage or loss of the car, a risk of non-receipt of the compensation for use and any other due compensation and in the event that the car has been used or is being used in violation of the terms of the present, or the predetermined rental period. |

8. Insurance Coverages
Lease expenses include the following insurance coverages:α. death or personal injury to third parties, not including the driver of the vehicle,β. for property damage to third parties, not including the hired vehicle, is limited to the amount stated in the insurance policy, provided that no condition herein has been breached.Insurance cover against third parties is provided only to those who are licensed to use the vehicle, with an insurance policy, the terms of which the lessee, and any other additional drivers of the vehicle by signing it, declare that they are aware of. Luggage and any other items belonging to the lessee, the authorised driver, as well as any passengers of the hired vehicle are not covered by the insurance policy and the "lessor" is not liable for any loss, damage, theft of the same during the rental period or after the return of the vehicle to the lessor. The "lessee" is solely responsible for any damage not covered by the vehicle's insurance policy. |

9. Lessee's liability
The lessee shall indemnify the lessor and any third party in the event of theft, loss or damage to the vehicle or third parties (including passengers) and pay for any accidental or consequential damages suffered by the lessor. More specifically, the lessee is liable for:1.) for damage caused to the vehicle or to third parties, if he/she has violated the conditions of use of the vehicle or has driven it in an illegal manner or contrary to its provisions. Road Traffic Code,2.) for total theft or loss of the Vehicle up to the amount of the liability-guarantee that has been committed and budgeted in the rental agreement. It is expressly agreed that the theft or loss of spare parts and/or car equipment (partial theft) of the vehicle is not covered,3.) for any damage to the Vehicle as a result of a collision or fire, regardless of liability, up to the amount of the liability-guarantee.The following damages are not covered by the insurance company and are 100% borne by the lessee:α. at the bottom of the vehicle,β. on the tyres and wheels of the vehicle,γ. on all glass parts,δ. inside the vehicle, e. during loading, unloading or transit of the vehicle on ships or trains or other means of transport without the prior written consent of the lessor. |

10. Charges
The lessee is obliged to pay the following amounts for the lease:a) the daily fixed allowance for the use of the vehicle for the entire duration of the rental period.b) the refuelling charges, if at the end of the lease the Vehicle is not delivered to the Lessor with the same amount of fuel as it had when it was delivered to the Lessee.(c) taxes, fees and other charges in connection with the hire of the vehicle.(d) the lessor's costs, including legal fees and interest for late payment of any amounts under this lease or for recovering possession and use of the vehicle from the lessee.e) fines, penalties, penalties, court costs and other costs imposed or to be imposed on the lessor due to infringements committed during the use of the vehicle by the lessee. In this case , the lessee or additional driver will continue to be liable for any illegal acts.f) the additional charge for the delivery or collection of the vehicle, as well as its return to a different location from the one specified in the rental agreement without the written consent of the lessor.The lessee agrees and accepts that:α. Discounts that may be offered are not valid if the issued receipt is not paid on time.β. all charges are subject to final audit. |

11. Terms of Use
The lessee is obliged to use the vehicle with care, to maintain it in good condition, to check the condition of its engine, its oil and water level, its tyres, etc.Any repair of the vehicle by the lessee or a third party without the prior approval of the lessor is prohibited. The vehicle may not be taken outside Attica or loaded on a train or ship or other means of transport without the prior written consent of the Lessor.The vehicle may not be used:(a) for the carriage of persons or goods against payment;(b) towing or hauling vehicles or other objects,(c) for participation in or attendance at competitions,d) as a sublease to third parties,e) for purposes that violate the provisions of Greek legislation,(f) if the lessee or the additional driver of the vehicle is under the influence of alcohol, hallucinogens, drugs, barbiturates or any other substance affecting the driver's ability to drive and senses,(g) for violation of customs, traffic or other regulations,(h) by any third party, excluding the hirer and any additional driver for whom the hirer has accepted the daily charge for additional drivers,j) for the carriage or transport of heavy luggage, inflammable, dirty or smelly objects, drugs, etc,i) for illegal transportation of Greeks or foreigners or for the commission of illegal acts. |

12. Extension of the lease
In case the lessee wishes to extend the lease of the vehicle, he/she must notify the lessor in writing at least 48 hours before the end of the lease in order to obtain the corresponding documents/approval from the lessor.In case of failure to do the above, he/she is civilly and criminally liable for the illegal use and possession of the vehicle and is subject to a fine equal to three times the daily rental fee.In the event of an extension of the lease term, the lessee is bound by the terms and agreements of the original contract, as well as those of the agreement to extend the lease term, either for the same vehicle or for the vehicle replacing the original. |

13. Release of Liability of the Lessor
The lessee expressly agrees that the lessor is not liable for any positive or consequential damage suffered by the lessee or third parties during the lease and no claim can be made against the lessor for the above cause. |

14. Accidents
In the event of an accident or other incident (fire, theft, etc.) the lessee or additional driver is immediately obliged to:α.) NOT to admit fault or liability and claims of third parties in any way, directly or indirectly.β.) Note the names, telephone numbers and addresses of the witnesses, the driver and the details of the car with which the car may have collided.γ.) Notify the police to ascertain the fault of the third party and treat any existing injuries.δ.) Park the Car in a secure location and immediately contact the Lessor by telephone or any other means.ε.) Collect any relevant information from any third party.f.) Photograph the scene of the accident and the cars involved in the accident if possible. He/she must also within twenty-four (24) hours complete and sign an accident/theft report at the Lessor's shop and send any accident-related documents or information to the Lessor. In the event of theft or loss of the Car, he/she must report the incident in writing to the nearest police authority immediately or within twenty-four (24) hours at the latest. |

15. Personal Information
The lessee gives his/her consent to the detailed recording of his/her personal data on a computer.The lessor has the right to use the above information when the lessee, during the lease, makes false statements or violates the terms of the contract and to forward the above information to the Greek authorities in case it is suspected that a criminal or other offence has been committed.The lessor shall inform the lessee that the hired vehicle is duly and for security reasons equipped with a geographical indication system, in order to enable its location to be easily identified in case of theft, loss, accident, as well as to protect the public interest.The lessee declares that he/she has been informed and accepts the above and that it does not constitute a violation of his/her personal rights or personal data protected by law. |

16. Other Terms
During the term of the lease, the lessee and the additional drivers are jointly and severally liable, in the event of an accident or other cause of emergency, the lessor has the right to replace the originally leased vehicle with another similar type of vehicle or a different category depending on availability, and the lessee agrees and accepts that the above conditions apply. |

17. Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Greek Law and any dispute arising between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, wherever the tenant's domicile may be. |

18. Terms of Cancellation
For any cancellation or change a written notification is necessary to be sent to Vip Auto Rental.The cancellation policy for luxury car rental is as follows:From October to March20 days to 15 days before arrival: 100% of the deposit is refunded15 days to 10 days before arrival: 50% of the payment is refunded9 days prior to arrival, for any cancellation and/or no-show, full cancellation fees applyFrom April to September31 days before arrival: 100% of the deposit is refunded30 days to 21 days before arrival: 50% of the payment is refunded20 days prior to arrival, for any cancellation and/or no-show, full cancellation fees applyThe cancellation policy for driver services is as follows:From October to March7 days before arrival: 100% of the deposit is refunded6 days to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the payment is refunded.3 days prior to arrival, for any cancellation and/or no-show, full cancellation fees applyFrom April to September20 days before arrival: 100% of the deposit is refunded19 days to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the payment is refunded14 days prior to arrival, for any cancellation and/or no-show, full cancellation fees apply |

19. Car Data
"Vip Auto Rental" offers rental vehicles equipped with advanced devices that can receive and respond to specific commands, including geolocation data from the Global Positioning System (GPS). These devices are constantly active, even when other services or in-vehicle devices are switched off.Both "Vip Auto Rental" and its partners collect and process a range of vehicle data, including fuel level, speedometer readings, speed, diagnostics and performance data, tyre pressure, accident or damage data, as well as location and direction of travel data. It is important to note that this information is not used to profile the renter's driving.The collected data plays a vital role in providing various services, such as responding to door unlock requests, enabling remote start and stop, facilitating vehicle recovery and return without the presence of an owner, software updates, assisting in accident detection and response, and identifying lost, unreturned, suspected stolen and stolen vehicles at the request of law enforcement authorities.In addition, certain prices may be set on the basis of this information, in relation to the services provided by the company.
